Other Details to Note
A few things to know before you arrive: Peregrino Sol is a countryside property on 15 private acres. Part of what makes it special — the privacy, the silence, the open land — also means it comes with the full Texas outdoor experience. Here's what to expect: Wildlife & insects: We're in rural East Texas. Bugs, insects, and the occasional snake are part of the landscape. We treat the property regularly but recommend keeping doors and windows closed when not actively using them. Shake out shoes left outside. This is nature — we embrace it. Gravel driveway: Please keep all vehicles on the gravel driveway. Do not drive on the grass or landscaped areas. Weather: Texas weather can change quickly. Summer storms, high humidity, and heat are common. The cabin is fully climate controlled with mini-split HVAC. Outdoor amenities: The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit are for registered guests only. Please follow all posted instructions for safe use. Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. We ask that you be mindful of sound out of respect for the property and surrounding land. Pets: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Keep pets off furniture and never leave them unattended in the unit. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. While every effort is made to ensure a flawless stay, as an outdoor luxury property some elements of nature are beyond our control. We do everything we can — the rest is part of the experience.
